BIOGRAPHY

Interior designer And product designer environment, Camille Brunot is a graduate of the Camondo, Condé and Olivier de Serres schools in Paris.

Her creations, international furniture projects, are multiple and varied.

Today, she opens a showroom in Rive, in the heart of Geneva, to offer her collections of furniture, lighting, carpets, curtains, blinds, wallpapers, etc… And his interior design services.

She also deploys her online collections.

Curiosity, influences, Paris, Shanghai, attention to work, down to the smallest details. That's what adventurous terrain doubled with a demanding character who make the creations of the Camille Brunot brand. From there is born a eclectic aesthetics which fits in just as well with classic spaces that contemporaries.

+ - SPACE FLOWS FROM THE SOURCE

When she combines her work in interior design with that of contemporary artists, she dramatically enlarges a detail of their works, to place it back at the center of attention.

+ - FROM SPACE TO OBJECT

Before settling in Shanghai and then Geneva, Camille grew up in Paris where she joined the Olivier de Serres school, and obtained a BTS in Space Design.

But she wants to "do" Camondo: because it is one of the best schools in France, and above all a structure that trains in both space and objects. She therefore joins this School for a new adventure: that of also drawing objects.

Most other institutions do not allow the study of both subjects.
"Because space and object, interior architecture and design, go hand in hand..."
The Parisian school of Decorative Arts notably trained Pierre Paulin, Jean-Michel Wilmotte, Jacques Grange and Philippe Starck.

+ - CHINA

A student on vacation, Camille is an intern in Paris at ST Dupont or in other architecture studios... But also in China.

In 2009, China was in a process of rapid development, and Camille decided to work there at the height of this period of urban development.

She continued her learning of Mandarin, deepening her knowledge of Chinese vocabulary applied to construction, simultaneously with her professional experience at GoldMantis. The Chinese leader in interior architecture, specializing in the design and construction of luxury hotels, allowed her to sharpen her eye and consolidate her sensitivity to details.

I lived for seven years in Shanghai, Suzhou and Changzhou, designing hotels, restaurants, villas.

The very first project I worked on had a big impact on me because my
boss gave me carte blanche by entrusting him entirely to me. I am still very grateful today. It is rare to place your trust in a newly graduated person and give free rein to his imagination and his
creation."

It was a western restaurant for a “Howard Johnson” hotel, the “Oak and Wine Bar and Grill'."

Few French architects speak Mandarin, know Chinese culture, the art of living.

She returned to Geneva in 2019, and then devoted herself fully to her interior design studio, and now to her boutique in Geneva. Camille thus moves from spaces to objects and vice versa, from objects to space.

“It’s exhilarating. I’m in heaven when I draw everything!”

Camille's work adapts wonderfully to the needs of people, to the environment, to the traditions of the places she invests.

However, entering these spaces allows you to experience the imagination, to be amazed by the places, to be surprised by another idea of comfort.
